At KJ Hair Design we appreciate that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment we ask for a minimum of 24 hrs advanced notice to ensure you will not be charged for your appointment otherwise a 50% charge of your service will be implemented. Missed appointments will be charged at full price.
