Appointments
All appointments are by prior booking only.
Please ensure you are available at the agreed time and place as appointments are reserved exclusively for you.
Deposits
A deposit may be required to secure certain appointments, particularly those of longer duration.
Deposits are non-refundable but will be deducted from the final cost of your appointment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the deposit being retained or a cancellation fee being applied.
If I arrive for a scheduled appointment and you are unavailable or unable to proceed, the appointment will be treated as a cancellation and fees may apply.
Lateness
If you are running late, please contact me as soon as possible.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, I may not be able to complete your appointment and it may be treated as a cancellation.
Travel
As a mobile hairdressing service, I travel to your chosen location. Please ensure parking/access is available.
Payments
Payment is due on the day of your appointment, unless agreed otherwise.
I accept cash, bank transfer and cheques.
